Baolong Technology's subsidiary plans to establish a joint venture with Chery Technology and others.

The official website of the State Administration for Market Regulation shows that Shanghai Baolong Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baolong Technology, plans to establish a new joint venture with operators including Wuhu Chery Technology Co., Ltd. under Chery Automobile, to engage in the research, development, and sales of products such as automotive sensors, cameras, and intelligent all-in-one machines. The case is currently in the public notice stage. According to the public notice information, after the joint venture is established, Hefei Baolong, Chery Technology, and Wuhu Industrial Fund will hold 60%, 20%, and 20% equity stakes in the joint venture, respectively.
