In accordance with the provisions of Article 32 of the Organic Law of the Local People's Congresses and Local People's Governments of the People's Republic of China and Article 15 of the Measures of the Standing Committee of the Henan Provincial People's Congress on the Appointment and Removal of Staff of Local State Organs, the 26th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 14th Henan Provincial People's Congress decides: to accept Wang Kai's request to resign from the post of Governor of the Henan Provincial People's Government, and to report the same to the Henan Provincial People's Congress for the record.
