Jiangfeng Electronics (300666.SZ) subsidiary plans to contribute RMB 417 million to participate in the establishment of a partnership.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Jiangfeng Electronics (300666.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin Technology Co., Ltd. ("Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin") intends to jointly contribute capital with the company's related party Ningbo Rongchuang Gongxin Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) and others to establish Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing Project Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) ("Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing"). The capital contribution of Ningbo Yongguang Tongxing is tentatively set at RMB 600 million, of which Ningbo Jiangfeng Boxin intends to contribute RMB 417 million with self-raised funds, accounting for a contribution ratio of 69.50%.
