SENASIC (06675) Appoints Deng Jingxian as New Joint Company Secretary

Zhito Finance APP News, SENASIC (06675) announced that Ms. Cen Jiexian (Ms. Cen), due to changes in work arrangements, will resign effective September 23, 2026 from (i) the position of joint company secretary of the Company (Joint Company Secretary); and (ii) the Company's agent for accepting service of legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the Company as required under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 19A.13(2) of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange (Agent for Service of Legal Process Documents).
