(002633.SZ) announced that the company plans to repurchase its issued RMB ordinary shares (A shares) through centralized bidding using its own funds and self-raised funds. The repurchased shares will be used to implement equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans. The funds for this share repurchase shall be no less than RMB 20 million and no more than RMB 40 million, and the repurchase price per share shall not exceed RMB 17.
