On September 21, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Bank of Communications," 03328.HK) Hong Kong Branch announced that the company has applied to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for approval of the listing of a US$12,000,000,000 medium-term note program within 12 months from September 21, 2026, by way of issuance of debt to professional investors only (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited), as further detailed in the offering circular published on September 21, 2026. The listing of the program is expected to become effective on September 22, 2026.
