Zhito Finance APP has learned that the first data center junk bond issuance linked to Meta Platforms (META.US) drew subscription demand more than four times the issue size, with attractive yields helping to draw investors. According to people familiar with the matter, U.S. data center operator CleanSpark (CLSK.US) issued the first high-yield bond tied to Meta Platforms Inc., for which asset managers placed orders of about $10 billion, while the issue size was set at nearly $2.28 billion.
