Zhitong Finance APP News, Haisheng Pharmaceutical (300584.SZ) announced that minority shareholders Gu Yuqin, Qian Demin, Lu Shiping, and Jiang Jinyuan of its controlling subsidiary Anqing Huichen Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anqing Huichen" or "Huichen Technology") intend to transfer their combined 25% equity interest in Anqing Huichen. The company plans to acquire a total of 10.00% equity interest in Anqing Huichen held by Gu Yuqin, Qian Demin, and Lu Shiping for a price of RMB 64.5083 million, and to acquire 15.00% equity interest in Anqing Huichen held by Jiang Jinyuan for a price of RMB 0. After the completion of this acquisition, the company's shareholding ratio in Anqing Huichen will increase from 75% to 100%, and Anqing Huichen will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
