ITC Properties (00199.HK) proposes to appoint Zhonghui Anda as the new auditor

The Board announces that, upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to nominate and propose the appointment of Zhonghui Anda CPA Limited (Zhonghui Anda) as the Company's new auditor to provide the 2027 Annual Audit services, with a term until the conclusion of the Company's next annual general meeting.
