Zhitong Finance APP news, Eternity Strategies (00764.HK) announced that on September 18, 2026 (after the trading session of the Stock Exchange), the seller, the buyer (as purchaser), and Shenglongyi (the buyer's controlling company) entered into a sale and purchase agreement, pursuant to which Eternity Financial and Mr. Li agreed to sell, at a price of HK$0.08 per sale share, and the buyer agreed to purchase 169 million shares and 18.6636 million shares of China Smart Health, representing approximately 18.3% and 2.0% of the total number of issued China Smart Health shares as at the date of this announcement, respectively. The consideration receivable by the Company will be approximately HK$13.5 million.
