Vhringer (603226.SH) plans to acquire a 51% stake in Keres for RMB 214 million.

Zhitong Finance APP News, Vohringer (603226.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire, in cash, 51% equity interest in Nanjing Keruisi Automation Technology Co., Ltd. ("Keruisi") held by Qin Zaocai and Yang Zhenyu, with a provisional transaction consideration of RMB 214 million. Upon completion of this transaction, the company will obtain control of Keruisi.
