(02880.HK) announced that on September 18, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary DBR entered into a ship purchase contract with Wantong Logistics at a consideration of RMB 81.6136 million, pursuant to which DBR agreed to purchase and Wantong Logistics agreed to sell the vessel. Under the ship purchase contract, DBR will purchase the Jifa Beihai vessel from Wantong Logistics.
