CAAM: Top 10 automakers (groups) sold a total of 17.131 million vehicles in January-August.

Zhitong Finance APP has learned that, according to statistical analysis by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, from January to August 2026, the top ten enterprises (groups) by vehicle sales sold a total of 17.131 million vehicles, accounting for 84.3% of total vehicle sales. Among the above ten enterprises, compared with the same period last year, Geely Holding, Chery Holding, GAC Group, and Great Wall Motor saw sales increase to varying degrees, while the sales of the other enterprises all declined to varying degrees.
