Zhitong Finance APP news, Yili Holdings (00076.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Kangyue Media Advertising Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Haishang Yuntian Film and Television Group Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation (the Memorandum) on September 18, 2026. According to the Memorandum, both parties intend to jointly hold the "International AI Film Incubation Festival," with the aim of enhancing the international influence and visibility of cultural activities and AI technology in Hong Kong and Macau, while also nurturing and assisting AI film creators. The two parties also plan to collaborate on creating an artificial intelligence science fiction film, with each side leveraging its own expertise and advantages to jointly promote the screening and overseas distribution of the film.
