DYNAM JAPAN (06889) subsidiary intends to sell aircraft for US$65.2 million

Zhito Finance APP News, DYNAM JAPAN (06889) announced that on September 17, 2026 (after trading hours), DAIL (Dynam Aviation Ireland Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) entered into an aircraft sale and purchase agreement with SAIL (Sato Aviation Ireland Limited), pursuant to which DAIL conditionally agreed to sell, and SAIL agreed to purchase, the aircraft (subject to the terms of and with the benefit of the lease) at a purchase price of US$65.2 million (equivalent to approximately HK$509 million), subject to certain adjustments at delivery.
