(SF Holding, 06936), that on September 18, 2026, it acquired 45.844 million H shares of the Company through a block trade, representing approximately 4.9973% of the Company's total issued share capital (including treasury shares). As a result of the acquisition, based on the Company's total issued share capital (including treasury shares) as of the date of this announcement, SF Holding's direct and indirect equity interest in the Company will increase from approximately 58.4824% (i.e., 537 million shares immediately before the completion of the acquisition) to approximately 63.4797% (i.e., 582 million shares immediately after the completion of the acquisition).
