Keystone Technology: Revenue of 624 million yuan in the first half of 2026, net loss of 46.0127 million yuan

Guanshi Technology announced that for January-June 2026, it achieved operating revenue of 624 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.82%; net loss attributable to the parent company's owners was 46.0127 million yuan, with net profit attributable to the parent company declining by more than 30% year-on-year both before and after deducting non-recurring items. The decline in performance was mainly due to large losses from the Ningbo Guanshi Semiconductor photomask project. Excluding the impact of this business, net profit attributable to the parent company increased by approximately 8.79% year-on-year. As of June 30, 2026, the photomask manufacturing project had accumulated investment of approximately 1.645 billion yuan, photomask products had accumulated revenue of approximately 28.6365 million yuan, and mass production had been achieved for process nodes of 55nm and above.
