Man King Holdings (02193.HK): Lam Tat Shing appointed as executive director

Zhito Finance APP News, Man King Holdings (02193.HK) announced that with effect from September 15, 2026: (1) Mr. Lo Yick Cheong has resigned as an executive director and has ceased to serve as a member of the nomination committee. (2) Mr. Leung Wai Tat has resigned as an independent non-executive director and has ceased to serve as the chairman of the audit committee and a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee. (3) Mr. Lam Tat Shing has been appointed as an executive director. (4) Ms. Chow Wai Yung has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee.
