Mingtai Aluminium: Termination of the Sale of 2.50% Equity Interest in Sanmenxia Aluminium

Mingtai Aluminium announced that, because Jiaozuo Wanfang withdrew its application for a share issuance to purchase assets restructuring, the transaction plan for the company to sell a 2.50% equity stake in Sanmenxia Aluminium to it has been terminated accordingly. As of the announcement date, the company still holds this equity stake, and this termination will not have a material impact on the company's financial condition.
