Promote the development and application of advanced packaging and testing technologies. Promote the upgrading of the wide-bandgap semiconductor industry and advance the industrialization of ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductors such as gallium oxide and diamond. Continuously enhance the supply capacity of key equipment, materials, and components, accelerate the development of electronic design automation (EDA) tools and intellectual property cores (IP cores), and advance breakthroughs in and application of technologies such as three-dimensional integration.
