After U.S. consumer price data released last Friday pushed market-implied odds of a Federal Reserve rate hike to about 90%, interest rate strategists at Citigroup, Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan all shifted to expecting the Fed may raise rates this week. Those institutions, along with TD Securities, joined a number of other Wall Street dealers in predicting the Fed will announce a rate hike on Sept. 16.
