A tornado occurred in Wanning, Hainan, causing numerous trees to be uprooted.

The Wanning Meteorological Bureau of Hainan Province reported that on the morning of September 14, a wind disaster occurred in Yongfan Community, Wancheng Town, Wanning City. The main affected area was Beijing Normal University Wanning Experimental School. Based on on-site surveys and weather conditions, the local meteorological department preliminarily determined it was a tornado, with wind speeds reaching levels 11-12, causing numerous trees to be snapped. The school is currently actively organizing cleanup and recovery efforts.
