Yiqiu Resources: Plans to adjust the domestic investment structure of the Malaysian project

Ye Qiu Resources announced that the total domestic Chinese investment scale for its Malaysia annual production of 1.3 million tons of aluminum alloy ingot expansion project remains unchanged at RMB 1.5 billion. It plans to optimize the domestic investment structure by adjusting the domestic Chinese own-funds contribution to RMB 630 million and the domestic Chinese bank financing amount to RMB 870 million. This optimization of the investment structure will help reasonably balance the use of own funds and the scale of external financing. The relevant proposal has been reviewed and approved at the ninth meeting of the company's sixth board of directors.
