Zeyu Intelligent: Completed the industrial and commercial change registration for the acquisition of a 51% equity stake in Zhilian Xinneng

Zeyu Intelligent announced that the company acquired a 51% equity interest in Zhilian Xinneng Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. from 13 counterparties including Zhang Guoqing for RMB 490 million of its own funds. Recently, Zhilian Xinneng has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures and obtained a renewed business license. After the change, the company holds a 51% equity interest in Zhilian Xinneng, and Zhilian Xinneng has become a controlled subsidiary of the company and is included in the scope of the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring.
