According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Shenlong Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Huang Yong as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately 8.2 billion yuan. The scope of business includes: research and development of auto parts; investment activities using its own funds; retail of auto parts; wholesale of auto parts; and automobile sales, among others. Shareholding penetration analysis by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Shenlong Automobile Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., and others.
