According to informed sources, the operator of the world's largest derivatives exchange, the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, plans to seek a valuation of up to 5.26 trillion through an initial public offering (IPO). The sources indicated that during meetings with potential investors, the exchange provided a stock proposal pricing range of 2000-2100 per share; the sources requested anonymity as the related information has not been made public. Reports suggest that the National Stock Exchange of India has completed most of its global roadshow, with only meetings in the Middle East yet to wrap up. The sources stated that discussions are still ongoing, and details of the transaction may change. It is anticipated that the IPO will officially launch in late September.
