Far East Holding Group: The main structure of the AIDC all-synthetic optical fiber preform manufacturing project has been topped out.

According to news from Far East Holdings, on August 18, the main structure of the AIDC project for manufacturing all-synthetic optical fiber preform has been successfully topped out. The total investment for this project is approximately 1.988 billion yuan, specifically designed to meet the high bandwidth and low loss requirements of artificial intelligence data centers. Currently, core production equipment such as the all-synthetic VAD+OVD deposition system and high-precision drawing towers have been installed and are undergoing debugging. According to the project construction plan, there will be a scale for the production and sales of optical rods as well as supporting optical fibers/ hollow-core fibers/ polarization-maintaining fibers/ jumpers, continuously serving global cloud service providers, communication infrastructure companies, and enterprises in the global optical interconnection field.
