Seedance 2.5 is positioned as having "cinema-level long narrative" with realistic image quality and the ability for long takes; it previously supported 480p and 720p video generation. With the introduction of 1080p capabilities, Seedance 2.5 further enhances image clarity and video texture, expanding the space for post-production and raising the ceiling for professional scenarios. The official website of Volcano Engine indicates that the Seedance 2.5 1080p API is offering a limited-time discount for the first month. During this promotional period, the price for 1080p image-generated videos has been reduced from 3.7 yuan/second to approximately 2.7 yuan/second, with the discount lasting until September 17.
