ST Maiqu Announcement states that some idle assets under the company's name will undergo their first auction on the Taobao Judicial Auction online platform from 10:00 on August 14, 2026, to 10:00 on August 15, 2026, with the result being a failed auction. The People's Court of Changji City will conduct a second public auction of the company's idle machinery and equipment, including the R-brick aseptic filling machine and T-brick aseptic filling machine, on the same platform from 10:00 on August 25, 2026, to 10:00 on August 26, 2026. The assets for this auction are temporarily idle equipment of the company and will not have a significant impact on daily operations. Currently, the second auction is still in the announcement stage, and there remain uncertainties in subsequent bidding, payments, court rulings, and changes of ownership.
