According to news from Taincon, recently, Taincon has completed the capital increase for Guangdong Prokaerong Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. and signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Prokaerong and its actual controller Zeng Haoyu. After the completion of the capital increase transaction, Taincon has acquired exclusive commercial promotion service rights for the globally pioneering ocular surface cell therapy product MSCohiO lens project in the Chinese region. Both parties will work together to promote the commercialization of innovative results in severe ocular surface cell therapy.
