Shandong Road and Bridge: Adjusting the Members of the Board of Directors' Specialized Committees.

According to a notice from Shandong Road and Bridge, the 29th meeting of the 10th Board of Directors will be held on August 17, 2026, to review and approve the proposal to adjust the composition of the Nomination Committee, Compensation and Assessment Committee, and Risk Control Committee. The convener of the Nomination Committee will be changed from Wei Shirong to independent director Huang Fangliang; the members of the Compensation and Assessment Committee will be changed from Ma Ning and Wei Shirong to Ma Ning and Huang Fangliang; the members of the Risk Control Committee will be changed from Su Yuhai and Wei Shirong to Su Yuhai and Huang Fangliang. The remaining original members of each committee will remain unchanged, and their term will be consistent with that of the current Board of Directors.
