Chuanfa Longmang Co., Ltd. announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hubei Longmang Phosphate Chemical, has suspended production at the Baizhu Phosphate Mine due to a general roof fall accident for rectification. The original plan was to resume production on August 15, 2026, but due to the need for additional time to complete adjustments to the mine's primary management personnel, the expected resumption date has been postponed to October 15, 2026. Preliminary estimates indicate that this delay in resuming production is expected to decrease current revenue by approximately 136 million yuan, accounting for about 1.4% of the company's audited operating revenue for 2025; and it is anticipated to reduce current net profit by approximately 45 million yuan, representing about 10.9% of the companys audited net profit attributable to shareholders for 2025.
