HIVE Digital's subsidiary BUZZ High Performance Computing has announced the signing of a five-year GPU cloud services agreement, with a total contract value of approximately $350 million, corresponding to an annual revenue of about $70 million. This marks HIVE's second large GPU cluster contract achieved within two months. Upon completion, BUZZ HPC's total annualized revenue will reach approximately $180 million, of which $35 million has been realized, and $145 million will gradually go live in the fourth quarter of 2026. The deployment will be based on NVIDIA's reference architecture, constructing a dedicated cluster made up of 2016 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs, configured with GB300 NVL72 rack systems, Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking, and VAST Data storage. It is expected to be operational later this year at the Bell AI Fabric facility in Merritt, British Columbia, which utilizes renewable hydroelectric power and closed-loop liquid cooling. The capital expenditure for the deployment is approximately $185 million. After the cluster is delivered, HIVE expects daily revenue from HPC/AI to reach around $500,000.
