AoFei Data announced that the company will hold its fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on August 17, 2026, to elect 6 non-independent directors and 3 independent directors to form the fifth board of directors, which will have a term of three years. On the same day, the first meeting of the fifth board of directors will be held, during which Feng Kang will be elected as chairman, the members of each specialized committee will be determined, and Feng Kang will be appointed as general manager. Ding Honglu and Zhang Tiansong will be appointed as deputy general managers, Lin Weiyun as financial director, Liu Haiyan as secretary of the board, and Fang Minghua as representative for securities affairs. The terms of all the above personnel will also be three years.
