Shanghai Bank has been authorized to acquire a 100% stake in Shanghai International.

On August 17, the Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau's official website showed approval for Shanghai Bank to acquire Shanghai International Co., Ltd. After the acquisition is completed, Shanghai Bank will directly hold 100% of the equity in Shanghai International Co., Ltd.
