Pioneering Electrification: Signing the Cooperative Framework Agreement for the Robot Industry Fund and Project Implementation

Kaichuang Electric announced that on August 17, 2026, the company, together with the People's Government of Wucheng District, designated district state-owned enterprises, multiple institutions, and two individuals, jointly signed a framework cooperation agreement. They plan to jointly initiate the establishment of a robot industry investment fund with a total scale of 100 million yuan, with the company contributing 15 million yuan. The parties also plan to cooperate on the manufacturing project of embodied intelligent joint modules, with the intended output value in the first year after the project starts production not less than 50 million yuan, and not less than 100 million yuan in the second year. This agreement is an indicative framework agreement, and there are uncertainties regarding the subsequent signing of formal agreements, fund filing, and project implementation.
