Jinli Group (03919.HK) has completed the issuance of 6.492 million subscription shares, raising approximately HKD 4.1 million.

Zhikong Finance APP news, Jinli Group (03919.HK) announced that it has completed the subscription that was finalized on August 17, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the subscriber has subscribed to and the company has allotted and issued 6.492 million subscription shares at HKD 0.65 per share, which accounts for: (i) approximately 16.7% of the existing issued share capital of the company prior to completion; and (ii) approximately 14.3% of the issued share capital of the company after the allotment and issuance of the subscription shares.
