Hang Seng Electronic announced that the company has completed the cancellation procedures for part of the stock options under the stock option incentive plans for 2023, 2024, and 2025. A total of 2,373,605 stock options have been canceled this time, including 313,800 options from the 2023 incentive plan, 1,382,860 options from the 2024 incentive plan, and 676,945 options from the 2025 incentive plan. This cancellation has been processed at the Shanghai Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited and will not affect the company's capital.
