TCL Smart Home announced that in the first half of 2026, it achieved an operating revenue of 9.934 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.83%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 512 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 19.88%. No cash dividends will be distributed during the reporting period, no bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserves will be converted into share capital. As of the end of the reporting period, the total number of common stock shareholders of the company was 30,231, and there was no change in the controlling shareholder.
