Fangzheng Securities: The Board of Directors has completed its re-election, electing Shi Hua as Chairman.

Fangzheng Securities announced that the first meeting of the sixth board of directors was held on August 17, 2026. The meeting elected Shi Hua as the chairman of the sixth board and simultaneously determined the members of each specialized committee of the board. The board appointed Jiang Zhijun as the director of the executive committee and president, Li Yan as vice president, financial officer, and board secretary, Sun Bin, Wu Ke, Cui Xiao, and Xiong Yuliu as vice presidents, Cao Yu Hai as compliance director and chief risk officer, and Qu Hao as chief information officer. The terms of the aforementioned senior management personnel are consistent with those of the sixth board of directors.
