Oppein Home announced that the company will cancel 3,425,660 shares that have been repurchased on August 18, 2026. After the cancellation is completed, the total share capital will be correspondingly reduced, and the shareholding ratio of the controlling shareholder and its concerted actors will increase from 74.82% to 75.25% without resulting in a change of control of the company. This cancellation matter has completed all review and decision-making procedures, and the creditor announcement period has expired for 45 days without any objections received. Subsequently, the procedures for business registration changes will be handled in accordance with the law.
