Chao Xun Technology announced that the company recently received a "Civil Complaint" delivered by the Haizhou District People's Court of Lianyungang City. The plaintiff is Lianyungang Big Data Industry Development Co., Ltd., which has filed a lawsuit due to disputes over payment for the equipment procurement project contract signed by both parties in September 2025. The amount in question totals 39.0788 million yuan, including 36.4032 million yuan for the goods and a default penalty of 2.6756 million yuan calculated up to June 23, 2026. The case has been accepted, but a hearing has not yet been held, and it is currently impossible to determine the impact on the company's current or future profits.
