According to media reports, recently, some netizens claimed to have found brown particulate foreign matter in Feihe milk powder. Feihe's official response stated that tests indicated it was starch, speculating that it was introduced from external sources. Tianyancha App shows that Feihe's affiliated company, Heilongjiang Feihe Dairy Co., Ltd., was established in May 2002, with Sun Jianguo as the legal representative and a registered capital of $45 million. Judicial cases from Tianyancha indicate that the company has been sued multiple times for product liability disputes and contract disputes, among others. Moreover, the company has multiple historical records of being a judgment debtor.
