Zhitong Finance APP reported that Sicheng Holdings (01486.HK) announced that the Group expects to record a loss of approximately HKD 13 million to 15 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, compared to a profit of approximately HKD 51 million for the same period in 2025. This includes a one-time other income of approximately HKD 49 million recognized from the exercise of the right of use at zero cost (i.e., the use of the entire office floor of the building for the remaining term of the land use right).
