The total amount of funds raised from this issuance will not exceed 904 million yuan (including the principal). After deducting issuance fees, the raised funds are intended to be used entirely for the following projects: R&D projects for multi-domain embodied intelligence and artificial intelligence entities, R&D projects for intelligent perception terminals and their analysis management platforms, industrial upgrading and transformation of all-domain artificial intelligence perception terminal projects, and supporting energy facility construction, as well as replenishing working capital and repaying interest-bearing debts.
