Zhongyuan Jianye (09982.HK): Completed the subscription of new shares under the general mandate.

Zhiyuan Financial APP reported that Central Plains Jianye (09982.HK) announced that the conditions precedent set forth in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the completion will take place on August 14, 2026, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement. On the completion date, the company will issue and allocate 600 million subscription shares to Subscriber A at a subscription price of HKD 0.09 per share; and will also issue and allocate 173 million subscription shares to Subscriber B at the same subscription price of HKD 0.09 per share.
