According to the Zhihua Finance APP, Far East Horizon (03360.HK) announced that on August 14, 2026, the company has resolved to make an offer to grant options to certain participants under the company's share option plan adopted on June 5, 2024, allowing them to subscribe for a total of 34.521 million ordinary shares in the company's equity, accounting for approximately 0.71% of the total number of shares issued as of the date of this announcement, but this will only come into effect upon acceptance of the offer by the grantees.
