Fulede announced that the company intends to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects, raising no more than 1.176 billion yuan. After deducting issuance costs, the funds will be used for seven projects in Dalian, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other locations. The total investment in the projects amounts to 1.587 billion yuan, of which the raised funds of 1.176 billion yuan are planned to be used. The implementation of the projects can enhance business scale, strengthen technical and service capabilities, and reinforce competitive advantages. As of the report issuance date, all projects, except for the Shanghai Lingang and Shenzhen projects, have obtained record filings, and the environmental impact assessment procedures are still in progress.
