Minxin Co., Ltd.: Co-investing 2 million yuan with related parties to establish a partnership enterprise.

Minxin Co., Ltd. announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Minxin Zhiyuan, plan to jointly invest 2 million yuan with the controlling shareholder Li Gang to establish Suzhou Changrui Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership. Among them, Minxin Co., Ltd. will subscribe for 1.08 million yuan, accounting for 54%; Minxin Zhiyuan will subscribe for 20,000 yuan, accounting for 1%; and Li Gang will subscribe for 900,000 yuan, accounting for 45%. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. It has been approved by the board of directors and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting. The partnership has not commenced business operations and is subject to market and operational risks.
