Shenzhou Information Announcement: The companys wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhongnong Xinda, intends to transfer 22.22% of its equity in the controlling subsidiary Qishuo Technology to Xiangshuo Investment for 1 million yuan. After this transaction is completed, the company will indirectly hold 18.5890% of Qishuo Technology's equity through Zhongnong Xinda, and Qishuo Technology will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
